Can I stop spending or suspend my account?

Yes. You can stop spending, pause, or close your account at any time. Options include:

  • Set a £0 spend limit — prevents any further purchases while keeping your account open.
  • Self-suspend (time-out) — temporarily blocks your account for a period you choose (for example 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 6 months).
  • Self-exclude / close account — closes your account permanently and prevents new accounts being opened with the same details, where possible.

You can do this from your My Account area under Responsible Play, or by contacting us at [email protected] and asking us to apply the change for you. We will action self-exclusion and account-closure requests as quickly as reasonably possible and confirm in writing.

Once a self-exclusion is in place it cannot be reversed during the chosen period.
